Critical issue: personalization field not working : made me look unprofessional with key clients

After contacting a few important clients,
I discovered today that they received an email showing the variable “first name” instead of their actual name. Yet, the “first name” field is already correctly filled in your tool, as you can see on my screenshot.
These clients are among the most important ones for my company. How is this even possible? For an emailing solution, this is supposed to be the absolute basics.
Frankly, this made me look unprofessional and cost me credibility with key clients. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. This kind of failure is simply unacceptable.

Hey Julien - The team did some digging and found that variable used was not spelled correctly and thats why the contact emailed did not see their actual name in the email sent. Your screenshot shows the variable {{firstName}} was used however the correct variable is {{first_name}}.
