Display "positive reply rate" or "opportunities" per campaign or step.

Hi, Could you please add an option for sending accounts to bulk editing, and removal? I need to remove 80 inactive accounts, and doing it one by one is extremely time-consuming and exhausting. A "Select All" checkbox for bulk actions would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

For instance 1) set interval every 8 mins + 2) set randomization of X mins. If X = 0, that means 8 mins. If X = 2, that means it could be anytime between 8 - 10 mins. If X = 4, that means it could be anytime between 8 - 12 mins.

Requesting a feature that automatically identifies email addresses that have been messaged in previous campaigns.

Ability to match emails, Google to Google, Outlook to Outlook. This will improve deliverability.

The uni box really needs some filtering for the out of office and auto responders that come in. A lot of other platforms hide them and put them in a separate box and it is extremely difficult to keep track when the unibox is such a mess.

Most cold outreach tools have an AI auto categorisation for marking leads as interested, not interested, out of office and so on. This would be a great feature to have.

Select all leads button to select more than 100 leads. And exporting leads with details and analytics as a csv if needed.

Please add sending limits per account, not same for all. As some providers have different limits, some accs are aged and can send more etc.

I have tested the warm-up feature in Mailead on an email account that had already been warmed up for months with Instantly (and is still actively warming up there). This account hasn’t been used for any other purposes. However, after activating the warm-up in Mailead, the health score dropped drastically—from 100% in Instantly to 69% in Mailead within just one week. Specifically, 5 emails landed in spam out of only 16 emails sent. This is concerning for a previously healthy account where emails almost never landed in spam. I don't know what signals in Mailead's warm-up emails are triggering spam filters, but I believe identifying and fixing this issue should be a top priority.
